Benefits rules:

  • This is a dental savings plan and is not dental insurance.
  • This plan is only valid at LéMarcel Robinson, DDS and cannot be used if you are referred to a specialist.
  • This plan cannot be used for dental treatment needed following any type of injury where there is a lawsuit, disability or workman’s comp type claim.
  • Membership is active for 365 days, effective upon enrollment. Services cannot be carried over to the next year.
  • Membership is non-refundable or transferable. No refunds will be given if patient chooses not to use their plan.
  • For patients paying with CareCredit, the plan discount will be reduces to 10%.
  • Missed, cancelled or broken appointments without 48 business hour notice may result in termination of the plan. No refunds, or savings, on future appointments.
  • Discounts do not apply to products.

Failure to comply with the terms of the plan may result in termination of the plan and forfeiture of any fee paid. LéMarcel Robinson, DDS reserves the right to refuse treatment and/or terminate the patient’s participation in the plan with 30 days written notice, if the patient is non-

Patient must be age 13 or over, and in the absence of periodontal disease.

Periodontal Savings Plan

  • 1 Emergency Exam if needed

  • Periodontal Charging
  • Immediate savings over $292
  • 15% off all other dental services

After 1st year, annual membership is reduces to $706
